Founder and Managing Partner
Vicente A. Sarabia is the Principal Owner, Managing Partner, and Founder of Vicsar Global Finance LLC.
Prior to founding the company Mr. Sarabia served as an Operations Consultant for Bank of America's Office of the CEO and President and as the Director of Funding of a mortgage brokerage umbrella firm of Array Capital Associates. Prior to 2010, Mr. Sarabia was at the Law offices of Brice, Vander Linden & Wernick as a Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy Paralegal.
Mr. Sarabia's extensive experience in the industry and track record of ethically serving clients worldwide, makes him a trusted source for commercial lending and financial consulting.
An enthusiastic golfer, Mr. Sarabia spends his leisure time on the golf course. He enjoys traveling the world with his golf clubs and discovering cultures through food.
Andrea C. Gaschignard, CF APMP
Operations Officer
Since joining Vicsar Global Finance, Ms. Gaschignard has helped grow the company from a Dallas based boutique firm to a global presence in alternative financing. Her international background and operations management experience have played a key role in the company's business development while bolstering its international presence.
Prior to her tenure with AmeriCredit Financial and Bank of America as a Sr. Loan Funding Administrator, Ms. Gaschignard served as an Executive Assistant at the prestigious Turley Law Firm. Before joining Vicsar Global Ms. Gaschignard managed operations of multiple luxury multi-use properties with Gables Residential Trust.
Ms. Gaschignard has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Proposal Writer through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). In her free time, she supports the local community through various volunteer leadership positions with non-profit organizations including the Junior League.
Bi-lingual in French, Ms. Gaschignard has a passion for travel, ethnic foods, equestrian sports, archery, sailing, and cultural discovery.
